We want you to enjoy your stay in our apartment to the fullest, and to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to keep in mind the following house rules:  

• Check-in: From 4:00 PM  
• Check-out: Until 11:00 AM (Feel free to ask us if you need some flexibility!)
• No parties or events allowed. We aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all the residents in the complex.  
• No smoking inside the apartment. You're welcome to smoke on the terrace as long as it doesn’t bother other guests or neighbors. 
• No pets allowed. (We love animals, but unfortunately, due to cleanliness and allergy concerns, we cannot accept them.)  
• Please respect the neighbors' rest hours: Avoid loud noises between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.  
• Take care of the property: We appreciate you treating the furniture and appliances as if they were your own.  
  • Please leave the apartment in a similar condition to how you found it.  
  • Clean any kitchenware you use.  
  • Take out the trash daily to the bins located outside the residential complex.  
  • Use the air conditioning with windows closed. If you open the windows, please turn the system off for responsible energy use.  
• Responsible use of the pool and communal areas: Follow the complex rules at all times.  
• Safety and community living: 
  • Always lock the door when leaving the apartment. 
  • Always respect the community guidelines.
